Singer John Legend and his model girlfriend Christine were spotted last night at a New York Knicks game. As of right now the relationship appears to be going in the right direction....

11.If you have to eat pasta, eat it for lunch, not dinner..

12. If you crave something, eat it.. If not you'll consume more calories trying to eat something else to block it out and eventually you'll eat what you craved in the first place and take in double the calories..
