The PRESIDENT didn't see this coming...

Of course, blog and news sites are enjoying and laughing at the two shoes which were hurled by an Iraqi reporter today at PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH, apparently his last visit to Iraq as President of the United States didn't go as well as he planned.

1. Control your diet (approximately 1,200 calorie intake) and exercise regularly..

2. Change your lifestyle, not just a few months..

3. Take before & after photos..

4. Measure your bust, hips, waist, thighs, & arms before & after..

10. Get plenty of rest, if you don't it will alter your weightloss..

11.If you have to eat pasta, eat it for lunch, not dinner..

12. If you crave something, eat it.. If not you'll consume more calories trying to eat something else to block it out and eventually you'll eat what you craved in the first place and take in double the calories..
