President Barack Obama "Hopeful"

In President Obama's first speech to a joint session of Congress. Obama boldly and confidently stated  that America will emerge stronger. He was referring to our current financial status quo. He also stated he will do whatever it takes to help small businesses, and its not about helping banks its about HELPING PEOPLE!!!
