Weight Loss Tips..
1. Control your diet (approximately 1,200 calorie intake) and exercise regularly..
2. Change your lifestyle, not just a few months..
3. Take before & after photos..
4. Measure your bust, hips, waist, thighs, & arms before & after..
Make sure to read 5.the labels on all the foods you eat..
6.Get your family & friends involved so they can help & support you..
7. Find the best workout for you..
8. If you have a Nintendo Wii, play the boxing on Wii sports, it's a great workout..
9.If you don't lose 1lb a week, change your diet/exercise plan..
10. Get plenty of rest, if you don't it will alter your weightloss..
11.If you have to eat pasta, eat it for lunch, not dinner..
12. If you crave something, eat it.. If not you'll consume more calories trying to eat something else to block it out and eventually you'll eat what you craved in the first place and take in double the calories..
You have really been thru alot it seems may you keep God first and maintain your focus when eveyone else around you is losing there's.
